2004 honda ruckus 49cc in Cranston, RI

please read add befor calling...i have a 04 honda ruckus with a brand new battery and a key start cause when i bought it, it didnt have the battery or the starter its in nice shape i bought it from a older guy from mass. (at this time it does not run but i took it to a honda cycle shop and they looked at it and told me its something to do with the wiring thats why it wont start and they said its not a hard fix and its cheap) i need to sell cause i have no room for it and need the money its been in a garage sence i had it. please if you wont to check it out i live in Cranston RI and please no emails i dont check them just call me asking 1200 obo give me a offer
