Engineering Manager (AC Motor Group/Division) Cranston, RI This is a great opportunity for a strong and driven engineering leader to lead and manage a team for R&D in developing new products to drive from the beginning to execution. You will be working cross functionally with the new product team being comprised of engineers, marketing and sales to test, pilot and launch new developments throughout the process. Your 10+ years’ experience in motor design and a solid knowledge of HVAC applications and systems, and mechanical engineering should reflect strong leadership and proven managerial abilities in championing people and processes. A BS degree in Engineering is required for this role; a Master’s degree is preferred.
